Our solid oak kitchen came from howdens, but you have to remember that we got it at sale, trade & employee discount, approx 17 units, at about £3.5k. Howdens are attached to mfi in some way. I cant help you with the price because ours came through the builders so was all built at trade prices. The reason trades get a discount on materials is because they are repeat buyers.

We were lucky in that a friend has a trade account at howden's and we got the kitchen at trade price with no mark up and sourced an independent fitter that charged us about £1100 to fit the kitchen, overall cost was around £5000 for something we had originally priced at well over double/treble that figure for the kitchen units alone.
My only negative comment would be she needs be more inspirational, customers need help when choosing the right counter tops, tiles etc it’s a major purchase and needs to be right don’t just say “it’s up to you” a bit of.
